Terms & Conditions

1. KwGraphix is a startup business, As such we have no professional indemnity insurance cover. However, You can be assured of a quality level of service and customer satisfaction.

2. KwGraphix can supply the materials for the work provided, However this must be paid for in advance by the customer at the time of booking. Customers are welcome to provide their own materials at their own discretion, However KwGraphix can not be held responsible for the quality of these materials.

3. All work carried out is to a Very high quality standard, KwGraphix provides transparency in all manner of the work provided, please get in touch for examples of work and the processes of work to be carried out prior to booking.

4. Upon completion of work, full payment must be made prior to the return of the vehicle.

5. All processes of work carried out will be explained to the customer prior to booking and again on the day of dropping off the vehicle to ensure satisfaction. 

6. Prices for all work carried out will vary depending on the vehicle, the condition of the vehicle and condition of the parts supplied.

7. Price's are agreed in advance for completion of the work carried out, there are NO hidden charges.

8. An estimate of the time to complete the work will be given at the time of booking, any unforeseen delays will be communicated to the customer ASAP.

9. A comprehensive inspection will be done on your vehicle, and photographs taken before and after any work is carried out.
